Giveaway: Tickets to see Charlotte’s Web

Great news, mamas! We’ll have two winners for this giveaway! Two families will each win four tickets to see Charlotte’s Web at Walton Arts Center on opening night of the show, Nov. 17th.

We absolutely  Charlotte’s Web and know this is going to be an amazing show. Who could forget Wilbur, a little pig with a big heart, who becomes famous with the help of his clever friend Charlotte and their chatty animal neighbors.

Wilbur, the runt of the litter, struggles to survive from the very beginning, but with the help of his barnyard friends, Wilbur becomes the prize-winning pig of the County Fair and the most famous pig ever! Trike Theatre brings to life the gentle story of friendship, loyalty and truth, reminding us that friends come in all shapes and sizes.

  1. My favorite part of Charlotte’s web is that some of her babies stayed behind on the farm and become Wilbur’s friends. While they don’t take the place of Charlotte, it does ease the pain of theloss a little.

  2. I love Templeton’s song “The Fair is a Veritable Smorgasbord ” from the animated movie.

  3. I remember reading the book with my mom as a child – I’d love to show my kids the show live!

  4. My favorite part is when Charlotte writes the words in her web to describe Wilbur and save him from becoming bacon! Lol

  5. When Templeton bit Wilbur’s tail. The whole movie is great and heart warming to see friends help other friends. Excited to introduce my child to it.

  6. I like when Wilbur meets Charlotte’s babies. I have seen that movie a million times. I need to have my 4 year old watch it soon. I hope he loves it as much as his 14 year old brother did, at his age.

  9. I love the fair scene, but I love more importantly the message of friendship the entire story shows. I remember my son talking about his Kindergarten teacher reading this book to his class and his excitement when he would come home every day sharing parts of the story. I would absolutely LOVE to take my family to this show!!!!

  13. I can’t think of a specific part, I just love how Charlotte looks out for Wilber and the friendships they all form. My daughter is 7 and has just begun to read this book. We’d love to see this!!

  32. I love Charlotte’s Web, she is so galant, patient and sweet.She knows how to prepare Wilbur for the sad and good obticles in life! I can watch it over and over I love. I wish that I can’t my girls to see Charlotte’s Web before I can’t anymore.

  34. I think my very favorite part of this story is the very beginning, when Fern falls in love with Wilbur. It would make me cry every time when I was little. And I have a suspicion that when my little girl reads and sees it for the first time very soon (she’s four), I will probably still be a little dewy-eyed!

  35. We have so many favorite parts in Charlotte’s Web it overall we like the friendship between Fern and Wilbur and Wilbur and Charlotte! I would love to take my daughter to see this play!

  37. not sure i have a favorite part. I have loved this movie since I was a child. My daughter loves the book and movie as well. Just a few weeks ago she dressed up as fern at school for favorite movie character. Hope to win this and take the family.
