Lemon Bars with Shortbread Crust from Sally’s Baking Addiction
Just tried this lemon bar recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction website and loved it! Sometimes we get a little overwhelmed with all the Christmas chocolates or cookies and we just start to crave something… different. Some people think of lemon bars as a summer treat, but we love it any time of year. This one is a winner!
I added a tad bit more sugar because I like lemon bars that are more sweet than tart, so adjust according to what you like best.
Tip: If you top these with powdered sugar as shown here, they’ll look like they just got dusted with falling snow which is perfect for a holiday vibe!
