Strength training in 4 simple moves

No matter how young or old you are, strength training matters. The more strength you build and maintain now, the better shape you’ll be in when your body reaches the age where it’s much tougher to gain muscle strength.

I love it when I run across articles that not only recommend specific strength training exercises but also show that movement with the correct form. You really need to see it to make sure you’re doing it correctly.

Bonus: These moves require no equipment and can be done in a few minutes at home (including on a floor scattered with toys and babies or toddlers).
