Mamas, I’ve been leaving a couple dumbbells in our family room so they’ll remind me to pick them up and do a few repetitions while I’m watching something on TV.
But it’s always good to change up the types of weight training you do so that you’re hitting different muscle groups.
I found this great article (complete with instructional videos) about different weight training moves you can do to tone and strengthen your arms. (Spring and summer clothes with sleeveless tops are on the way.) Weight training is also great for metabolism.
