Every year we try to make it out to First Night in Fayetteville, a family-friendly New Year’s Eve celebration of the arts and community with year-round education programs in area schools.
This year’s theme is “Dancing Into the Decade” and the organization is currently having a Button Design Contest at the Northwest Arkansas Mall. (That’s last year’s button at right.) The contest is open to all members of the Northwest Arkansas community with two winning designs to be used for promotional materials, advertising, and the popular First Night admission button. Pick up your design forms at the NWA Mall Information Desk.
Submission deadline is Tuesday, Sept. 8, so get going!
The community will be voting for the “crowd favorite” award from now until September 20th. $1 per vote. Again, find all of this at the Northwest Arkansas Mall Information Desk or the First Night website, www.firstnightfayettteville.org for this and further information.
