Since many of us are working or schooling from home anyway, why not make today, February 2, 2021 — Groundhog’s Day — a little more fun.
This year, in particular, we’re all REALLY hoping the groundhog doesn’t see his shadow so that spring weather will arrive right on time. We’ve been cooped up so long with Covid that a little early spring weather would help us get out of the house and enjoy warmer temperatures with the kids.
You can read the legend behind Groundhog’s Day and watch the official groundhog — Punxsutawney Phil — live on your computer as he makes his annual prediction.
To see it happen live, you’ll need to CLICK HERE to go to the GroundHog.org website. You can watch the action live starting at 6:30 a.m. today (February 2, 2021).
Here’s hoping for bright and shiny spring weather sooner versus later! Happy Groundhog’s Day!
