We all know how overwhelming the job of parenting can be sometimes. But it’s not just the kids who need to be taken care of. Moms who consistently put themselves last on the list can sometimes end up with a bad case of mommy burn-out. Symptoms include exhaustion, frazzled nerves, chronic stress and a recurring bad mood. The good news is that it’s both curable and avoidable. We’ll talk about our own experiences and how we finally came to the realization that the proverbial “Supermom” does NOT exist.
