Summer is a great time for playing outdoors, but let’s face it — sometimes it’s just TOO hot! So if you’re trying to find something fun to do with the kids and avoid the peak sunburn hours, remember that JumpZone has open play times this month.
We love that the kids can come here to play, run around and get some exercise in an air-conditioned environment. And you won’t have to lug around a sack of quarters or tokens for video games while you’re there! Just remember you’ll need socks to play. Cost is $7 and adults are free. Cost is only $5 for “toddler time” on Wednesdays for kids under 5.
This play option is also a good choice if you have older kids and a toddler, too. There is a designated toddler-only Sesame Street inflatable that is tame enough for the little kids while the older kids climb around on the Batman slide or the huge pirate ship.
We just found out that JumpZone has FREE WI-FI access, which is a dream come true for us work-from-home moms. Now we can answer e-mails (or read nwaMotherlode.com) while the kids play!! 🙂

Tuesdays and Thursdays in July: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 4:30 to 8 p.m.
Wednesdays in July: Toddler Time (for kids under 5) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Fridays in July: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.; 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturdays in July: 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Sundays in July: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
