Giveaway: Tickets to 4th of July celebration at the AMP

One of the BEST fireworks shows in Northwest Arkansas happens at the AMP in Rogers on July 4th. This week we’ve got a giveaway that will set you up with free tickets to the July 4th Fireworks Spectacular presented by the Walmart AMP and featuring the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas. Two local moms will each win FOUR tickets to the show.

The symphony, under the direction of Paul Haas, will play a patriotic concert that ends with an incredible fireworks show, sponsored by the city of Rogers.

Gates to the AMP open at 7 p.m. The concert starts at 8 p.m. and concludes with the fireworks display at 9:15 p.m. This event will celebrate the beauty and grandeur of America and honor our nation’s veterans and those who bravely serve in the nation’s armed forces.

  1. My fav 4th memory was going to see my friend in upstate NY when I was 13 and being on the lake with her. I was amazed at how cold it was there in July!

  2. My family would always go sit on the golf course in our neighborhood and have popcorn and watch the fireworks. Such good memories from childhood!

  3. I grew up in Fayetteville, so I have memories of watching the fireworks display at the NWA mall. We would take snacks, and my sisters and I would run around wherever we parked until it got dark and the show started. Happy memories!!

  4. My son’s favorite event of the year is fireworks for the 4th! We usually grill, have friends over, set off some fireworks but he would love to watch a big show like this!!

  5. My favorite 4th of July was going with friends to the community fireworks show. We would hang out for hours and then spend hours watching people try to exit!

  6. I love enjoying a fireworks show with my four kids and my husband! Sweet summer nights!

  7. Watching the fireworks with friends on a golf course with the kids running around playing. Perfect summer night

  8. My favorite memories involve watching fireworks at the NWA Mall! My granddaddy would go early and park his truck in the parking lot so we would get a good spot. Then we would walk around, eating treats and talking to our friends. It was so much fun and I miss it.

  9. As a kid, 4th of July meant loading up blankets and snacks and watching the fireworks at the mall. We usually watched on the hill beneath the radio stations across the street.

  10. As a kid we all got our chairs out to sit in the front yard to watch fireworks & have some BBQ that day as well. As an adult with a daughter of my own we enjoy going to the various fireworks shows in Bentonville or Centerton.

  11. Our favorite memory is shopping for and setting off our own but also seeing a show!

  12. Helping my kids decorate their bikes when they were little and then watching my kids on their bikes in a 4th of July neighborhood parade. And then a fire truck came & sprayed one of their hoses in the street so all the kids could play in the water.

  13. I like attending the Freedom Fest in my hometown, Gentry. I used to bring my kids and my parents and grandparents would be there too. We could watch fireworks and music together.
