Crystal Bridges Museum has some openings in their art classes coming up on Friday and Saturday of this week for homeschool families and preschoolers.
This coming Friday (Nov. 3rd) is Homeschool Friday Fun: Kinetic Art. There are classes for kids ages 5 to 8 and those who are 9 to 12. This class challenges kids who think art is just for placing on walls to think again! Kids will learn how to create their own art that moves with wire, watercolor, and more.
$45/3 sessions ($36/members), register online or with guest services.
On Saturday, (also on Nov. 11th & 18th), you can register your little ones for Preschool Art Class » Texture at Crystal Bridges.
Kids ages 3-5 (with an adult) can get a feel for texture and how to use mixed media to create art that must be touched.
November 4, 11, and 18 $30/3 sessions ($24/members), register online or with guest services.
