Friday Flix: Wonder Woman

Each Friday @ 3pm is “Friday Flix” for the local teens in the community room. Free Attendance  and Popcorn. **Children under the age of 13 will need to have a parent provide written consent.**

Kid’s Day at the Farmer’s Market

Join us for fun activities provided by the Siloam Springs MuseumGirl Scouts – Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and TexasBenton County Arkansas Master Gardeners, and of course The Romper Room! The Power of Produce (POP) Club provides a fun opportunity for children to engage in the local food system through conversations directly with farmers, educational games and demonstrations, and exposure to new fruits and vegetables. The POP Club will be teaching about planting herbs. The kids will be able to taste some “in-season” fruits and veggies. To sign up to participate visit the POP Club booth.

Storytime at the Museum: Berry Magic 

Join Miss Elyse at MONAH for traditional Yup’ik (Alaska) and Cherokee stories about how beautiful, bountiful berries came to be, just in time for berry season. There will be stories and then make a self-portrait using nature and try akutaq, a traditional Yup’ik dish made with berries.  Storytime at the Museum is geared toward ages 4 and up; kids of all ages and their adults are welcome! Free and open to all.

20th Annual Kendrick Fincher Hydration Celebration

Join in on May 12th for a Hydration Celebration! There will be a Youth Run, Toddler Trot, and 5k. This event has something for the whole family.
