Here’s a reminder to send in some snapshots of your kids “on the go” for our snapshot contest. (Remember that the winner of the contest will receive a FREE photo session with photographer Melinda Worthington of MJW Photography as well as a huge 16 by 20 wall print of your 
favorite shot from the session. That’s worth BIG bucks, mamas! Click here to see Mindy’s website and examples of her amazing shots of local kids.)
Our theme for June is “On the Go,” which means we want to see snapshots of your kiddo on wheels — riding a scooter, trike, bike, tractor, lawnmower, car, stroller, etc. If he or she is on the move, then that photo qualifies. And it doesn’t have to be a recent photo either. If you shot it last year or two years ago and you still love it, then send it in. You may e-mail up to 5 photos per month to us at gwen@nwaMotherlode.com.
The theme will change again in July (when we’ll be asking for photos of kids in the pool/water/sprinkler/lake, etc.) so stay tuned to the Picture Mama category for more info next month. We’ll announce a few June finalists in early July, so be sure to get your five photos sent in before the end of the month. Good luck!
