Northwest Arkansas dogs will take over The Jones Center on Saturday, March 7, 2026, and WE CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE IT! If you’re a dog lover, this event is an all-day dog festival that you and your kids won’t want to miss. It includes a dog show for local dogs, and it ends with a ticketed performance by Puppy Pals, as seen on America’s Got Talent! We’re giving away four tickets to TWO local moms! Scroll down for details on how to enter.

Muttminster Dog Show, which begins at 12:30pm, is a dog show for all local dogs- large, small, athletic, talented, an unconventional beauty, or a rising star! Dogs can enter various competitions like “Most like their Owner”, “Best Fashion”, “Smallest Dog”, and more. Guests can expect vendors and booths full of supplies, treats, and activities for owners and their dogs.

The Puppy Pals performance will happen at 4pm. These dogs are on a national tour visiting dog-lovers all over the country. Tickets are $15 each (or $12 each for Jones Center members). Here’s a sneak peek video of the show:

    • My Grand Daughter is 6 and was recently brought to America from Africa where my Son and DILove adopted Catherine from.
I think she would LOVE this!! Fingers crossed we win!

  1. Our dog coco, came at a time when least expected. We rescued her from a local shelter at 6mo old after her previous owners surrendered her, saying they did not have the time to spend with her. We adopted coco on my sons 10th birthday after 8mos of searching for our two previous dogs who went missing. Which is how i cam across coco (by searching daily for ours on the shelter dogs hoping to come across them) When I saw her i kneeeeew we had to have her she was gorgeous! She came with some baggage, severe seperation anxiety, not potty trained and such. After learning her quirks and her confident in us, she has became the 3rd child. Such a smart smart dog, so protective of her people (especially my 4yr old whom she ahs grown up with)

  2. We have a miniature schnauzer that is a rescue dog. I did not think I had time for a dog when we were introduced to this dog but she has been such a great addition to our family and has been a wonderful companion and walking buddy for me! My granddaughter has 3 dogs that she loves so much! I think she’d love this show!

  3. Our dog, Oliver, is a loving yorkie. He is 4 years old and he’s been with us since he was 2 months old. He has been the best companion/therapy dog. My girls would love this event!

  4. In college I went to the local animal shelter and would take dogs out on play dates to go to parks or explore the town and get some time away from the shelter. Especially remember all the fun I had with Ozzie, a rat terrier.

  5. My Maltese, Sophie was a very special dog to me. I had her for 17 years! She was a sweet and comforting companion to me through many tough times. I miss her and love her so!
