I saw this report about child abduction on The Today Show several weeks ago and wanted to pass the info along to you in case you missed seeing it. Much of it is information you may have heard before, but there are several tips in the report that I hadn’t thought of or had forgotten about. I printed this list so I can review it from time to time. As moms, we all want to do everything in our power to protect our kids from abduction.

There are 10 safety tips listed there, as well as tips for moms of kids who wait at school bus stops. There are also tips to teach your child about ways to escape from a kidnapper.
I know this is a topic none of us really want to think about, but it’s so important to have practical advice for how to help prevent this from happening to your family.
