Remember back to the time BEFORE you had kids. You swore you’d never say or do certain things, right? This week on Magic 107.9 — every weekday at 7:45 a.m. — we’re talking about those big promises we made to ourselves before we had kids, but make a lot of sense to say or do now.
This morning we talked about how we swore we’d never use bribery to get our kids to do something. And while we’re still not fans of bribery, we have learned that a little incentive — when used in the right way — is not a bad thing. In fact, it helped both of us through the potty-training years without losing our sanity.
