Giveaway: Tickets to “The Cher Show” at Walton Arts Center

With an unmistakable voice and style, Cher has carved out a huge chunk of pop culture in America. Millions of fans can’t be wrong, and they’ve been loving Cher and her whole career for more than 40 years. This week we’re giving away 2 tickets to “The Cher Show” at Walton Arts Center on Sunday, November 19, 2023.

Grab your fellow Cher fanatic! This would be such a fun girls’ night out or a date night!

ABOUT THE SHOW:

Superstars come and go. Cher is forever. For six straight decades, only one unstoppable force has flat-out dominated popular culture — breaking down barriers, pushing boundaries, and letting nothing and no one stand in her way. THE CHER SHOW is the Tony Award-winning musical of her story, and it’s packed with so much Cher that it takes three women to play her: the kid starting out, the glam pop star, and the icon.

THE CHER SHOW is 35 smash hits, six decades of stardom, two rock-star husbands, a Grammy®, an Oscar®, an Emmy® and enough Tony Award-winning Bob Mackie gowns to cause a sequin shortage in New York City, all in one unabashedly fabulous new musical that will have you dancing in the aisles!

Recommended for ages 12 and up.

  1. OOOO!! I am all ABOUT the ‘fits!! Love the sequins! And the deep voice … 🙂 Def going to plan a girls night to this one!!

  2. Another GREAT give-away! I grew up listening to Cher w/my Dad’s girlfriend. I love If I Could Turn Back Time and in my best Cher voice I just sang it. LOL

  3. What a total class act of 6 decades Cher is—definitely remember the fun of the Sonny & Cher show!
In more recent years I’ve thoroughly enjoyed her as the freedom-fighter grandmother in “Mamma Mia, Here we go Again” and the beautiful depth she gives to the singing of “Fernando.”

  5. CHER. The WOMAN. THE MYTH. THE LEGEND. She is THE ICON. She is beautiful, fun and creative. I would melt to just touch ANY of her outfits but her style in the 70s is ***chefs kiss***, so fly! I would LOVE to see this show and get down to “Gypsies, Tramps & Thieves”!!!

  6. I love the old stuff and remembering watching her on the Sony & Cher show! Now that goes way back!!

  7. If I Could Turn Back Time takes me to the most memories. From a drive down a road near Gainesville, Florida, one of those moments where you are driving on that road again every time you hear it to the time your friend sang it in drag and you attended the show 8 months pregnant with your first child, that song connects me to that time and that phase of my life every time I hear it.
Also, little moments of Cher from growing up, movies I saw like Moonstruck and the Mask to that moment in Mama Mia Here We Go Again when she appears as the grandmother and sings Fernando! Iconic moments of her career being a part of my life.

  8. Oh this would be fun. My mom loves Cher and would enjoy this so much. Of course she loves her original music where I love her 90s music. If I could turn back time. But there are so many. I loved her in Mask. So so good.
