Riverside Festival of Lights in Northwest Arkansas

This is the perfect time of year to load up the kids and drive around listening to Christmas music so you can see all the light displays around Northwest Arkansas. This year one of our area’s largest light displays is the Riverside Festival of Lights in Siloam Springs

Riverside Festival of Lights is a new attraction for Northwest Arkansas, and it’s HUGE — stretching over acres and acres that have been filled with Christmas lights. Not only can you walk through this gorgeous display of twinkling lights (including several scenes that dance in sync to music!), there are tons of other things to do and see. Here’s the list:

  • Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides
  • Pictures with Santa
  • Camel and Pony Rides
  • Petting Zoo
  • Kids Train Rides
  • Nativity Scene
  • Special Tribute Trees to honor Armed Forces and First Responders
  • Hot Chocolate and Kettle Corn available for purchase
  • Random sightings of “The Grinch” who you might spot during your visit!

Here’s a photo of Santa and Mrs. Claus getting ready for photos at the Riverside Festival of Lights. Isn’t this a beautiful setting for pictures?
