If you love the movie Dirty Dancing, you’ll love it live on stage, too. Dirty Dancing: The Musical comes to Northwest Arkansas October 21-25, 2026 at the Walton Arts Center. This week we’re giving one local mom 4 tickets to see the opening night performance at 7pm on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026!

Just a note: If you bring your family, just make sure you know that the show is recommended for ages 12 and up. The dancing is… well, a little dirty. It’s right there in the name. But it’s also a highly entertaining show with some of the most skilled dancers and singers we’ve seen on stage.

Gosh just the whole movie, really. Hard to choose a favorite moment! Sylvia. Yes, Mickey? My friend and I watched it so much we can quote the whole movie!!
I absolutely love this movie! And the soundtrack is amazing front to back! I think my favorite scene is when they are practicing at the river and balancing on the log.

How can I truly pick just one???? I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this movie and want to see this show soooooooo bad. If you make me pick, I will say when Baby goes to get her Dad to help Penny because it shows innocence, kindness and total trust.

So many parts: Johnny teaching Baby to dance for the first time, all the group dancing, Baby and her dad where he finally sees her as an adult as she says, “You let me down, too.” Iconic movie.
I absolutely love “I carried the watermelon” scene and the scene where Baby and Johnny were practicing their dance alone. Love this movie sooo much.
