Fireworks Show This Weekend!

One of the first fireworks shows of the season is this Sunday, June 28th at 6:30 p.m. at the Church at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers. This is the second year for the event, and it was a big hit last summer. My husband took our two boys to this fireworks show last year while I stayed home with a sleepy baby, and fireworkscrosses.jpgall three of my guys said the fireworks were “awesome.”

Sunday morning services at the church will feature Vietnam Veteran Tim Lee as well as Ronnie Floyd, pastor of The Church at Pinnacle Hills. At 6:30 Sunday night, the fireworks show will surround the three towering crosses outside the church.

Just before the fireworks show begins, the church will hold an outdoor baptism at the base of the crosses which stand in a huge reflecting pool. Those interested in being baptized during the event can sign up on the church’s website. Last year, 64 people were baptized during this celebration.

Finding The Church at Pinnacle Hills is very easy. Just take Interstate 540 to exit 83 in Rogers. You can easily see those huge crosses from the exit ramp, so there’s no way you can miss it. It’s just off Pinnacle Hills Parkway.
