It’s the month of love, mamas! And that has us thinking about fun date nights with our valentines (or galentines!). Below you’ll find oodles of ideas for a fun day/night outing in Northwest Arkansas. These are great options all year ’round.

Fayetteville:
Valentines Day Papercraft and Cards: Feb. 4, 2-4 p.m. Ages 8+ Make a Valentine’s Day themed card or other paper craft for that special someone at Community Creative Center in Fayetteville. (near Walton Arts Center) All materials are provided to create several lovely projects. Also learn how to make pop-up elements for 3D cards. $25.
Pinpoint on Block St. offers craft beer, cocktails, pinball, skee-ball, darts.
Arkadia Retrocade on College Avenue (Evelyn Hills Shopping Center) charges a $5 admission fee to play 175 classic arcade games all day.
Big Box Karaoke. Rent a private box to sing all the karaoke songs you want, with the people you want. Enjoy options from a full bar and food menu, served directly to your box. You can also enjoy the restaurant if you don’t want to sing. Block Street.
Starlight Skatium is Fayetteville’s cool roller skating rink, on College Avenue. Roll back the years. On Feb. 15th, they’ll host the 2nd annual Slow Jamz skate night featuring @djmixxtenn on the mic. Date night for all the lovers and friends. 8-11 p.m. $10 admission. Ages 18+ only for this event.
Sassafras Springs Vineyard is in a valley just outside Fayetteville. It’s celebrated for its award-winning wines, weddings and unique events. On Feb. 10, Tableside Theater is coming to Sassafras at 6 p.m. to present Crazy in the 80s Murder Mystery. Dinner included. Tickets are $50 per person and must be purchased in advance.
Public Display of Art. Take a tour of the pretty public art in Fayetteville. Snap some fun photos together while you travel around town.
The Fayetteville Ale Trail. Start your adventure by dropping by the Fayetteville Visitors Center (on the Fayetteville Square) to purchase your Ale Trail merch and pick up a passport. Then, collect your passport stamps with any purchase at each brewery location. Passports are also available at any of the 20 stops on the Ale Trail, or you can click request a copy be sent to you in the mail.
Heirloom Candle Bar. Purchase pre-made candles, make your own (see: fun date!), or have a signature scent created for your business or event.
Sweetheart Swing Dance. Feb. 17, 6-9 p.m. Join the Arkansas Air and Military Museum for a unique date night. Jerry from Dance and Swing will be teaching dance lessons and NWA Jazz and More Orchestra will be playing. Your ticket includes dance lessons, music, and a light dinner.
Springdale:
Fred Astaire Dance Studios Springdale will help you dance through February.
FlyARH offers helicopter tours of Northwest Arkansas, and they’re offering Valentine’s packages.
The Jones Center has ice skating opportunities all year long in their indoor facility. Romantic!
Take a selfie with your favorites in front of a cool mural. We love taking fun photos at one of the many beautiful murals in Springdale. They’re frame-worthy!
Rogers:
Take your main squeeze to try out the pottery wheel at Imagine Studios.They have several events for the kids and the adults in February!
Paint Your Power NWA is a creative space for people to enjoy unique immersive and interactive experiences using various forms of art. Examples: sculpt blindfolded or experiment with glowing fluid art. They’re offering a “Paint your Mate” immersive art event for Valentine’s Day.
Honeycomb Kitchen Shop in downtown Rogers specializes in kitchen supplies and regularly collaborate with local chefs and restaurant owners to offer cooking classes and workshops.
Top Golf’s climate-controlled hitting bays offer year-round comfort with HDTVs in every bay and throughout their sports bar and restaurant. Using their clubs or your own, take aim at the giant outfield targets and the high-tech balls will score themselves.
Ozark Axe House Axe throwing is like throwing large darts down a bowling alley. You’ll be throwing an axe at a target in your reserved lane.
Art & Soul Studios NWA is an art studio specializing in various forms of fluid art such as acrylic pour painting and resin art.
Bentonville:
The Quiver Archery is offering several fun Valentine’s events, including “Lovestruck” on Feb. 11.
Bentonville Provisions offers cooking classes, retail kitchen goods, private events, and grab-and-go fare.
Skylight Cinema offers a dine-in movie theater experience. The theater exhibits first-run movies from major and independent studios and special screenings throughout the year.
Painting with a Twist. Rekindle the spontaneity with a paint date.
The romance of art. All over Bentonville, you’ll find gorgeous murals, whimsical sculptures, and electrifying neons. Take a romantic art tour and snap some fun photos together.
Crystal Bridges Museum. While we’re on the topic of art, you can always make it a date at this beautiful museum. They are hosting several events during the month of love. Valentine’s Day Dinner: February 9, 10, 16, and 17 (get tickets). Family Day: I Heart Art: February 11, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. is fun, free, and family-friendly (more details).
The Crafty Shambles. Locally made art, crafts and goods from 50+ makers, and craft classes and workshops for all ages.
Pinspiration. Make crafts, enjoy the beer/wine bar. They have several Valentine’s crafting events on the February 10th, 11th and 14th!
Lowell:
The Grove Comedy Club is a locally-owned restaurant & bar that offers live professional comedy in Northwest Arkansas.
Tontitown:
Tontitown Winery offers local wines, food, bocce ball, and live events on the patio. “Let’s Make A Date” live gameshow happening on Feb. 14! 21+ only.
Siloam Springs
Arch & Axe. Throw some axes with your sweetheart on Feb. 14. The Valentine’s Special is 5-9 p.m., $20. Arch & Axe also has archery and a “Rage Cage” where you can get out frustration without breaking your own dishes.
Gravette
Hammer & Stain NWA. Create a charcuterie heart-shaped board. Bring your date or a friend but not required. February 11th at 4pm (Sunday) at Hammer & Stain NWA, Gravette. Cost: $65
