Mamas, have you ventured over to The Jones Center in Springdale to experience FamJam yet? These are family-focused days of themed activities and entertainment. The next one is Saturday, February 17, 2024, and we’ve got FOUR FREE TICKETS to give away!
Monthly FamJam events start with a movement class (11 a.m.) to get your heart pumping. Then, cool down with public-session ice skating (12:30-2:30 pm and 7:30-9pm) and swimming (12-6pm). At 2 pm, families gather for a live performance that combines learning, entertainment and fun! The February FamJam features The University of Wonder & Imagination, an interactive theater company, Cahoots of Belfast, from Northern Ireland.
With live actors and a large digital cast, The University of Wonder & Imagination combines magic and illusion with multimedia technology for an innovative experience that will boggle the mind and spark your family’s imagination.
Kids in Northwest Arkansas will assemble with fellow students and journey to the most unusual of universities. Choose your subjects of study, interact with the liveliest of lecturers, and encounter all kinds of problems and puzzles, unlocking your magical powers as you go.
The Jones Center will have three more FamJam events to wrap up this season:
- 3/9 – Candy Songs “Spring Sing” | Singer/Songwriter
- 4/6 – Tommy Terrific’s Space Magic | Interactive Magic Show
- 5/11 – Doktor Kaboom: Look Out! Science is Coming!

First of all the Jones Center is a GREAT place for families. We have been to countless b-day parties for swimming. We have never ice skated, but we want to!
