Northwest Arkansas Summer Snapshot Contest for Summer 2020
Happy Friday, mamas! Today we’re kicking off the 2020 Summer Snapshot Contest! We’d love to see some of your favorite summer pictures — past or present. We know this summer is a little different than others, but there are still plenty of opportunities to catch kids in action doing their favorite summer stuff.
The shot above is an old one of my boys when they were much younger, laughing about who-knows-what during a pontoon ride on the lake. For those of us who have teenagers now, it’s fun to look back at some of our older pictures to remember what they looked like as little ones enjoying the simple joys of summer. 
HOW TO ENTER: Get some of your favorite shots submitted for the Summer Snapshot Contest! Just send up to 5 photos per month to gwen@nwaMotherlode.com. Our judges will select a winner at the end of August. The mom who submits the winning snapshot will win a 16×20 gallery-wrapped canvas prepared by our friends at Scott Frame and Art.
Before I wrap this up, here’s one more summer snapshot from the summer of 2009 (which was the year after we launched this website!) My youngest, Kate, (who was 2 in this picture) never met a slide she didn’t love. 🙂
