Woohooo! We love finding a new recipe! This one looks SO good, and it’s from one of our favorite recipe websites — Damn Delicious.
What I love about this Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta recipe is that you can switch up some of the ingredients to cater to your family’s taste. When I make this, I’ll use chicken instead of shrimp since I can’t do seafood. You can also use spinach instead of arugula if you like. (One person posted a comment that she uses broccoli instead of arugula in her version, which sounds awesome, too.)
One of the things we love most about the Damn Delicious cooking website is that it is well-traveled and readers often chime in with comments that can be helpful to the rest of us. For example, one of the 320 comments posted on this recipe says that she uses only half of the amount of red pepper flakes called for in this recipe because she’s a lightweight when it comes to spicy foods. (Me, too!) So I’ll use that tip when I make it, and it’s so helpful to know those things before you start cooking.
