mothercenters14.jpgThe National Association of Mothers’ Centers is hosting a few webinars on subjects we think you might be interested in. The first, When “A” Equals Anxiety: Help for Stressed-out Students, will be on Thursday, Nov. 12, 8-9 p.m.

Info: This webinar will help parents with stressed-out students and the fallout from their over-managed, ultra-achieving, anxiety-ridden lives.  Parents will learn to use six stress-busting statements to help your high school and college students relieve stress and perfectionism so they can commit to enjoying their academic experience centered on learning and relationship building.
