Most moms feel it — that little pang of guilt whenever we sit down to rest. It happens to me a lot, and it happened way more when my kids were little. There’s just always so much to do that sometimes we convince ourselves that we have to use every available moment to get stuff done.
But… we do not. In fact, we should not. Mom burnout is a real threat.
