We love knowing about the best new kids’ stuff on the market, and we have a great inside source who helps us stay up to date. Stephanie, who owns The Baby’s Room and Kids Quarters, keeps us in the loop on what has been flying off the shelves lately and why.
This first item, called the Wubbanub, was first used with preemies in hospitals but the moms who used them kept coming back for more. The little plush animal on the end of the pacifier gives the baby something soft that is large enough to hang onto, even with tiny fingers. The Baby’s Room has a large selection of Wubbanubs, but they’ve already had to re-order these items twice! Cost is $12.99. For more info, click on the picture to go to the manufacturer’s website.
If you’re packing up a toddler for Mother’s Day Out once or twice a week, you most likely need a nap mat to take along with them. Stephanie says this new nap mat called the Sleep N Bag by Fireside Comforts has been extremely popular lately.
I like the fact that it rolls up easily and has a carrying handle because there are NEVER enough hands to carry all the stuff you need when you’re dropping off a little one at Mothers Day Out. It also has an attached pillow, and I love this polka-dot girl version shown here. It does fit inside a cubbie and could be used down the road for sleepovers with friends. Cute, huh? Cost is $69.
Thanks for the great tips, Stephanie! If you want to see these items in person, you can find them at The Baby’s Room and Kids Quarters at 2700 W. Walnut Street in Rogers. Or call them at 479-631-6001 with any questions.
