Mamas, you and the kids deserve a chance to shake off the winter blues and cabin fever that often sets in this time of year. There’s no better way to do that than by seeing a really fun stage show designed just for kids, especially when it’s based on an iconic children’s book like “Pete the Cat.” This week we’re giving away 4 tickets to see “Pete the Cat” on stage at The Jones Center on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 2pm.
Because this stage show is part of The Jones Center’s FamJam program, you’ll also get free access to indoor ice skating and indoor swimming at The Jones Center on the day of the show. There’s even a themed craft time at the end of the show.
ABOUT THE SHOW: For Pete the Cat, life is an adventure no matter where you wind up. So, the minute the groovy blue cat meets The Biddles, he gets the whole family rocking. That is, except for young Jimmy Biddle, the most organized second grader on planet Earth.
But when Jimmy draws a blank in art class during the last week of school, it turns out Pete is the perfect pal to help him out. Together, they set out on a mission to help Jimmy conquer second-grade art, and along the way, they both learn a little something new about inspiration. Join Jimmy and Pete on an adventure of friendship, all the way to Paris and back in a VW Bus!

My cat growing up would go to our fridge and stand in his back feet and clap his from paws and ask for ice!
Our cat pumpkin follows us around like a puppy and loves to pull out her fav toys from her basket, then bring them to us
We have a dog that likes to boss us around. If he doesn’t feel like he’s getting enough attention, he will take his paw and nudge us to put our hands on him. LOL. Or if he wants treats he will talk to us and tell us he wants them now.
