It’s so hard to choose just one favorite, but I really love the first one I ever heard – “Washed By The Water.” I just love their sound and it would be so cool to get to hear that live. I truly love going to a Christian concert at the AMP and hearing all those voices singing His praise as one.

Why “Who Am I” Means So Much to Me. There’s something about Needtobreathe song “Who Am I” that reaches a place in my heart that words sometimes can’t. I love this song because it reminds me that my identity isn’t defined by my circumstances, my struggles, my weaknesses, my past, or even the things I’m facing today, which is brain cancer. I’m reminded that I am more than what I’m walking through. Sometimes life has a way of making us question ourselves, Who am I? Where am I going? Why am I here? What is God doing? And yet, in the middle of all those questions, I’m reminded that God already knows exactly who I am. He sees me when I’m strong and when I’m exhausted. He sees the tears, the fear, the faith, the hope, and the parts of me that nobody else sees. This song reminds me to take my eyes off of everything trying to define me and place them back on the One (Jehovah) who created me. I may not understand every chapter of my story, but I know Who holds the pen. My JESUS! And maybe that’s why I love “Who Am I” so much. It reminds me that I don’t have to have all the answers to know who I belong to. I am His. And that is enough.
