Giveaway: Tickets to see Beauty & the Beast at Walton Arts Center

It’s back! One of the most beloved stage shows based on an iconic Disney movie is coming back to Walton Arts Center in early February. And this week we’re giving away two tickets to see the opening night performance of Beauty and the Beast on stage at Walton Arts Center on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 7pm.

This show is so close to my heart because I took my daughter to see it when she was 3 or 4, worrying the whole time that she might not be able to sit still long enough to see it. But when the curtain went up, that little girl was mesmerized and didn’t move for two hours. Fast forward 15 years, now that same girl is a theatre major at University of Arkansas. We’ve already booked tickets to see this incredible show again to celebrate the beginning of her love for live theatre.

Beauty and the Beast is the beloved musical that will fill your heart with joy and Disney magic.

To throw your name in the online hat to win 2 tickets to see Beauty and the Beast at 7pm on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Walton Arts Center, scroll down to the bottom of this post (and past the comments posted by other moms) until you see the words “Leave a Reply.”

Then, write a quick comment telling us about one of your favorite moments from the movie version of Beauty and the Beast. For example, Shannon and I both love the scene where she walks into the castle’s library and falls in love with all those books.

We choose the winner at random using a random number generator. But if you’d rather not leave it up to the luck of the draw, click here to purchase tickets online. Beauty and the Beast will have eight performances between February 3-8, but all of them are likely to sell out so get tickets asap.

    I took my daughter to see it when she was little – it would be fun to take her again now that she’s older.

  3. How fun! We went to this when my kids were little at Walton Arts Center and absolutely loved it! Would love to take my teenage daughter! Love the all the scenes with Mrs. Potts.♥️

  5. My daughter and I saw it back almost 15 years ago and she’s in college now too 🥰. My favorite part is when Belle is walking through town being friendly with everyone singing 🎶 bonjour good day, how is your family.

  8. My son’s favorite part is when the Beast and Gaston are battling it out at the end! My favorite part is when Belle first finds the library of books!

  9. Beauty and the Beast was the very first movie I saw in theaters as a 2nd grader with a friend. Such a sweet memory

  10. My favorite part in the movie is Gaston singing his song because he is so outrageous and it makes me laugh every time. I hope my daughter never dates a guy like that haha.

    I am hard put to choose a single scene but I’ll go with Chip and his mama.
    My little granddaughter would love to see this live!

  15. Beauty & the Beast is one of my daughter’s favorite Disney movies. Would love to take her to see it on stage. There’s just something about seeing it on stage that makes it even better. One of my favorite scenes from the movie is when Belle recognizes Beast by his eyes when he is in human form. It’s such a beautiful moment!

  17. One of our favorite inspiring moments is when Belle offers to take her sick father’s place as the Beast’s prisoner. She is one very brave girl who sets an exemplary example of sacrifice. My granddaughter Bella would LOVE to experience Belle and this most special play in person!

  24. I think my granddaughter would enjoy this! I am not sure if I have “a” favorite scene. I love when Belle is singing and greeting the people as she goes along the street, the dishes dancing, the Beast and Belle dancing… so many sweet moments and great music!
