Woo-hoo! Two giveaways in one week! We always like to bring giveaways to Northwest Arkansas mamas which pass our strict test: they must have the “wow” factor. This one has definitely got it.
We’re giving away two “gala package” adult tickets to attend the Polo in the Ozarks match and gala on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012. It promises to be a unique, fun date night.
ABOUT THE EVENT: Not only does it feature the area’s only polo match, the Polo in the Ozarks event also includes tailgate parties, dinner and dancing under the stars, children’s activities, and both live and silent auctions. Tickets for the Polo match are $15 for Adults and $10 for children. The Gala package, which includes the match and dinner are $75 for adults and $25 per child.
Kids six and under are free and there’s a petting zoo, pony rides and all kinds of kid-focused activities. There’s actually a drop-off area for kids with supervision provided during the gala.
With almost 2,000 attendees every year, Polo in the Ozarks is Northwest Arkansas’ longest running charitable event, benefiting Life Styles, Inc.– a nonprofit supporting adults with disabilities in Washington and Benton counties since 1976.

Need a night of fun – out! Before going back to school. Will be too busy for much fun once I am back in school and working full time.

My husband has been out of town on business for 2 weeks and has 2 more weeks to go. He gets to come home on the weekends, so it would be fun to go w/him to this event. I’ve always wanted to go to Polo in the Ozarks, but I’ve always had to work. This year, I’m available and interested!

Unusual date : Date in college took me to a very fancy car lot in Tulsa and pretended that we were married so that I could test drive an awesome Jaguar! 🙂 I’m thinking the sales guy probably knew we were full of it .. But it was fun! 🙂
We are busy painting the bedrooms. This would be a nice break.
We just had our second child and haven’t had a night out in months (even pre-birth). So this would be a nice get-away for us to have some downtime alone.
Need a date night: recently moved to nwa from Michigan. We could use some adult time to meet people and spark some new friendships. It would also force us to find a babysitter which we have yet to do.
A date night like this (just a few days before my birthday) would be SO much fun. We have a lot going on right now and a night to enjoy each other at a great event like Polo in the Ozarks would be perfect!
Most unusual date: a guy took me fishing and I fell in the river trying to get my fishing pole that I dropped. Then he wouldn’t le me get bak into his truck until I had completely dried off. First and last date with that gentleman! 😉
My wife and I could really use a date night. An going on a date 2 days before her birthday would be very special. We have 2 boys under 2, and are expecting again in February! So we could use a date!
My husband and I went on a trip together to Guatemala. While we were there, we went to a big dinner on Lake Atitlan. There was a huge trunk of costumes, and all of the guys dressed up like girls/all of the girls like guys. I still crack up when I look at the pictures!
I am a newly divorced single mother and could really use a relaxing date night!
