2018 Cow Paddy Run 
Join The Spark Foundation for the 2018 Cow Paddy Run at Gulley Park in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Participate in the 5K or 1K Fun Run with your classmates, friends, family or colleagues. Proceeds support health and fitness education in Fayetteville Public Schools, the Fayetteville Public Education Foundation, and The Spark Foundation’s growing outreach programming. A fun evening for the whole family! Costume contests for Best Dressed Cow and Craziest Running Costume.

Subway Share the Color Workshop f0r Families
Join in for a free workshop hosted by SUBWAY! Registered dieticians will be on hand to teach children and their parents about the basics of good nutrition, and the importance of making colorful fruits and vegetables part of their daily meals and snacks. Children will participate in a hands-on sub-making activity, and get tips for nutritious eating with a free sandwich and coloring book! Registration is required.
