Mamas, I finally blew the dust off my kettlebell — that lonely piece of exercise equipment I never quite knew how to use. After I discovered a few posts with how-to videos on the best kettlebell exercises, it has now become my favorite piece of equipment for a quick at-home workout.
I suggest leaving the kettlebell somewhere you’ll see it often. I left mine near the television in our family room, so anytime I’m watching a show, I can grab it and do a few exercises while I watch. The individual kettlebell moves are simple to memorize, so you can also do them while listening to a podcast, waiting for the dryer to finish, etc.
Here’s a workout we found on the Women’s Health magazine website. I like how each move is described in words but also shown in short little videos.
