Happy Friday, mamas! We have a treat for you today.
Our friend Lisa McSpadden’s family Christmas cards have become legendary. Those of us who have seen her family grow over the years have waited anxiously to see what this year’s Christmas card would look like.
I asked Lisa if she would allow us to publish the series of Christmas cards she has made of her kids over the years, and she graciously agreed. Keep in mind, Lisa is a professional photographer. (In fact, Lisa Mac Photography was named “Best Family Photographer” and “Best Overall Mom-Friendly Business of 2018” in this year’s Mom-Approved Awards.) So you’ll notice that there’s some Photoshop magic going on in this series of photos. (In other words, she didn’t really let the baby dangle from the top of the Christmas tree or stack her tiny children up like Jenga blocks. No worries. No babies were harmed in the making of these Christmas cards.)
Our thanks to Lisa and her husband Glen for sharing these gorgeous, creative photos with us. Scroll down to watch how one baby boy turned into four — in just six years! And when you get to the end of this post, you’ll see the holiday surprise that showed up this year, just in time for Christmas!
