Grand Opening: “Sisters” Boutique caters to breast cancer patients, expectant moms

Hey mamas, we plan to be at the grand opening of Mercy Health System’s new “Sisters” Boutique on Thursday, Aug. 8, and want to invite you, too!

There will be refreshments and tours of the boutique plus the expanded Mercy Breast Center, which has been updated for privacy and spa-like comfort. The grand opening starts at 4:30 p.m. The store will cater to women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and for expectant moms. (Click here to visit the Sisters website)

The Sisters Health Boutique will have trained Fit Specialists on staff to provide in-store, complimentary, private fitting services for breast forms/prosthesis and bras.

The cancer care products include post-surgery breast forms, bras and camisoles. They will also carry a wide selection of Amoena swimsuits, sleepwear, active wear, and headwear. Juzo Compression sleeves and Lindi Skincare are also available.  And for the friends of those who are struggling with a cancer diagnosis, the store offers inspirational gifts that encourage ladies through their journey.

Another group the store caters to is expectant moms. A much different journey, but one that still requires support. The boutique will feature essential items for breastfeeding moms, including Medela electric and manual breast pumps, breast pump accessories, & parts and supplies. Nursing covers, bras, camisoles and breast binders are also available.
