Family-friendly fun for Halloween in Northwest Arkansas 2026

Happy Halloween season, mamas! Enjoy this list of fun events happening around Northwest Arkansas for 2026!

Sept.11-Nov. 1, 2026: Farmland Adventures. If you want to pick your own pumpkin, let the kids pet some cute animals, get lost in a corn maze and hang out on a farm for a few hours, visit Farmland Adventures. They are a tradition in Northwest Arkansas! There’s a maze tracker, a mini-maze for little ones, a petting farm, pony rides, fun treats and more.
Sept. 25-Nov. 1, 2026: Nightmare on Block Street. Pinpoint Fayetteville, Fayetteville. (21+ only) This Halloween Pop-up bar will feature a new Halloween-themed menu and a complete Halloween overload. Events at other venues are also planned.
Sept. 26-Nov. 1, 2026: Asylum Haunted House, Cave Springs. 2026. Open on weekends. Open on Halloween night, too. (This is scary.)
Oct. 15, 2026: HallowZing at the Amazeum. Ready for a Halloween practice run? HallowZING is a sensory-friendly night made for exploring the playful side of Halloween. Glow, tinker, create, and discover with gentle STEAM activities and cozy spaces to recharge along the way. Wear your costume, practice getting out and about, or simply play at your own pace. A little practice can make the big night feel a whole lot easier.
Oct. 23-24, 2026: Phantasma in The Ramble, Fayetteville. This free experience in the Lower Ramble is Thursday and Friday night, October 23-24, 2026. During your dedicated hour-long experience, you’ll enjoy a mesmerizing laser light show and dance along with a silent disco surrounded by the beauty of the Lower Ramble. Three DJs curated by Her Set Her Sound will be on three different channels for you to choose a variety of sounds to dance to while the lights move around you. Headphones are provided, but not necessary to enjoy the light show and music. You can also utilize the City’s Open Refreshment Area (ORA) and grab an adult beverage at a nearby business beforehand to take with you to enjoy. The Ramble is fully accessible and all ages are invited to join. Reservations preferred for the two nights.
(Saturday) Oct. 24, 2026: Springdale Halloween Fest will be held from 4-7pm on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at the Luther George Park in Downtown Springdale. There will be plenty of candy, costumes, music, and community fun. Free candy giveaways for kids plus the Police Department will host a touch-a-truck event with their vehicles. Carnival games will be located throughout the park, and there will also be a costume contest and a “Pumpkin Drop,” hosted by the Springdale Fire Department. At 7:15pm that night, there will be a public showing of the movie Hocus Pocks on the Luther George Park stage.
Oct. 26, 2025: Trick Art Treat, Crystal Bridges Musuem, North Forest, Bentonville, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come have a ghoulishly good time trick-or-treating, eating candy, and exploring a forest of spooky, creative fun. Break out your costumes and visit the museum for Trick Art Treat: a day of family-friendly, Halloween-themed celebrations including character stops, music, live performances, and artmaking activities for everyone—dressed up or not—to enjoy. Free, no tickets required. Drop by anytime from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Park near the entrance to the North Forest. If the weather looks iffy, you can call the Weather Line at 479.657.2488 to see if there are any event cancellations.
Friday, Oct. 30, 2026: Costumes, Candy, and Cops Carnival. The “Costumes, Candy, and Cops Carnival” is a free annual event organized by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office as part of their “Community First” initiative. The carnival is held on the Friday before Halloween at the Benton County Fairgrounds, where the only thing scarier than a ghost is missing out on the fun!
Trick-or-Treat on the Trail will be held 4-6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, 2026 in the Lower Ramble, Fayetteville. Families can stroll the trail, meet friendly characters, and collect treats from local businesses and community organizations. Free and open to the public – all ages welcome. 25+ candy stations along the trail. Festive music and Halloween fun. Costumes encouraged.
Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026
Goblin Candy Crawl, Railyard Park, 3:30-5:30 p.m. Pick up a trick-or-treat bag and map from the Rogers Historical Museum booth (in Railyard Park) and start your “candy crawl” around downtown. Local businesses will be open and handing out candy to all kiddos – so bring your sweet tooth. The first 200 kids to stop by the museum will get a free Troll Doll mood pencil. This event is sponsored by the City of Rogers.
The Jones Center will have an indoor ice-skating session on Halloween night from 7-9pm, including spooky music, treats, and a costume contest. Cost is $7 for the two-hour session plus a $3 skate rental.
Tontitown’s Annual Halloween Trick or Treat in the Park. The event will be held Halloween night, October 31st from 5:30 to 7:30 pm in Sbanotto Park.
