Roo’s World, in Rogers, offers after-school care during the school year and summer camp fun in the summer. The owner, Jerusha (Roo) Winchester, created a proprietary “ROO-OLOGY” curriculum for children 5 and up. Roo’s World focuses primarily on developing the social-emotional skill sets of individuals and teaching strong executive functioning skills.
There are many opportunities for these skills to be learned and practiced through creative “hands on” learning experiences and adventurous field trips each week. Summer day camps for kids in kindergarten and up are packed with exploration. Outings are designed with fun and educational activities that will keep a child learning, exploring, and physically active during the summer months. Certified teachers on staff.
