nwaMotherlode now has an app!

We love new accessories, and we’re especially proud to show off our new website accessory. We’ve got our own nwaMotherlode app, mamas! Here’s how it looks on an iPhone. How cool is that?

What would be even cooler is if our new app could make it on to your iPhone. If you deem us app-worthy, we’d be honored to have our signature blue daisy on your iPhone or iPod Touch. And if you’re a Blackberry mama, then this app will work on your phone as well.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD: Just open the Safari browser on your phone and go to this url address: http://www.nwamotherlode.com/iphone. Once you’re there, you’ll see a sentence that says “Install our iPhone Web App.” Click on that sentence and then it will tell you to do three simple steps: Click the + symbol, then click on “Add to Home Screen,” and then click on “Add.” Presto, whamo… it’s loaded. The whole thing took me about 10 seconds.

Once you’ve downloaded the app, it will connect you instantly with the newest articles we’ve published on nwaMotherlode.com, and they’ll be displayed in an easy-to-read format made to fit your phone screen. There will also be a button that says “Go To Site” for those times you want to jump over to the website and enter a giveaway or place a comment or finish reading a particular article.
