If you’re a bit nerdy like we are, you probably love a book that teaches you something you can actually use in everyday life and also inspires you in some meaningful way. But not all self-help books are created equal. Some are life-changing. But some are SO cheesy, fluffy, and boring. It’s hard to know which ones are worth your time.
So we’re happy to pass along this link to a list published by Self Magazine called “13 Non-Cheesy Self Help Books for Anyone Looking for a Little Inspiration.”
We’ve read a few of the books on this list, including The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown and Atomic Habits by James Clear. Both were incredibly helpful, and they’ve earned a permanent place on our bookshelf. (Read them with a highlighter because there are so many great points to remember.)
