Wouldn’t it be cool if your little one could climb around inside their favorite picture books? That’s exactly what they can do when you visit the new exhibit now open at The Amazeum Children’s Museum in Bentonville.
This traveling exhibit is called Storyland: A Trip Through Childhood Favorites, and it turns seven iconic children’s books into three-dimensional play areas and bi-lingual (English and Spanish) learning environments. The exhibit opened on Sept. 29th and will run through January 6, 2025.
You may want to re-read some of these 7 books to your kids before you visit Storyland, where they will see them come alive and can explore the book’s settings in real life.
- The Tale of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter
- The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats
- Where’s Spot? by Eric Hill
- If You Give a Mouse a Cookie by Laura Numeroff
- Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr. and John Archambault
- Abuela by Arthur Dorros
- Tuesday by David Wiesner
