Ice Show “Murmuration” at The Jones Center Nov 22-23

If you’ve never seen a professional ice show, you’re about to get your chance. This week we’re giving away 4 tickets to the upcoming contemporary ice show happening at The Jones Center on November 22-23. (The tickets we’re giving away are for the Nov. 22nd show at 8pm.) Performed by the first and only contemporary ice-skating company, the show is called “Murmuration,” and it is art in motion and unlike anything you’ve ever seen.

This package of tickets is valued at more than $100!

ABOUT THE SHOW:

Murmuration is a 60-minute ice show that investigates the virtuosic swarming behavior of migratory birds. Your heart will soar when you witness 15 dancers on ice skates glide like birds over the ice. They turn in circles, swing in all directions, and form a large swarm. This reimagining of a stunning natural phenomenon will leave you breathless at the collective beauty and breakneck pace.

The show is performed by Le Patin Libre, the world’s first and only contemporary ice-skating company based in Montreal.

Dance. Theater. Circus. Figure skating…. None of these labels sufficiently captures the Murmuration experience. Be there for Le Patin Libre’s first-ever performance in Arkansas!

  1. This show looks fun and exciting!
I like male cardinals and bright finches. Their bright colors are fun to spot on a cold winter day.

  2. I love many types of birds, but mainly cardinals because I’m from Farmington! I have called my daughter “my little bird” since she was little and this would be so fun to attend with her!

  3. We absolutely LOVE cardinals. My son always wonders which loved ones has come down from Heaven for a visit when we see our regular 2-4 on our back fence!
