And now moms can enjoy the mess, too, because you won’t be cleaning up after you and your kids see the Yuck Show at 11am or 2pm The Jones Center on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
It’s a fast-paced, surprising, exciting show that will teach your kids something new about science, too. This week we’re giving away 4 tickets to see the show, so scroll down to put your name in the online drawing.
Because the Yuck Show is part of The Jones Center FamJam series, if you win these show tickets, you’ll also get access to free indoor swimming and/or ice skating on the day of the show. There will also be a themed craft activity after the show.

Watch as the Jones Center turns into a laboratory as science experiments come to life before your eyes, and each new twist reveals the incredible secrets behind everyday chemical reactions.
From simple experiments you can recreate at home to larger-than-life demonstrations that will leave you speechless, this interactive show builds excitement with each bubbling, fizzing and popping experiment.
Warning: expect towering elephant toothpaste eruptions, ping pong balls soaring through the air, rocket launches, and non-stop fun as science comes alive!

Then write a quick comment telling us about one of the worst (or most recent) messes you’ve witnessed or cleaned up. For example, when my daughter was almost 2 years old, she once dumped an entire carton of Q-tips into the toilet. Guess who had to fish them out for the next hour or so?
