July will be here in a hot minute, so it’s time to make holiday plans. One of the BEST fireworks shows in Northwest Arkansas happens at the AMP in Rogers on July 4th. This week we’ve got a giveaway that will set you up with free tickets to the July 4th Fireworks Spectacular presented by the Walmart AMP and featuring the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas. Two local moms will each win FOUR tickets to the show.

The symphony, under the direction of Paul Haas, will play a patriotic concert that ends with an incredible fireworks show, sponsored by the city of Rogers.

Gates to the AMP open at 7 p.m. The concert starts at 8 p.m. and concludes with the fireworks display at 9:15 p.m. This event will celebrate the beauty and grandeur of America and honor our nation’s veterans and those who bravely serve in the nation’s armed forces.

  1. This would be so amazing to take my daughters and myself to. I’m a single mom so we don’t get able to do much. Of course I would be happy for anyone to win this! Best of luck everyone!

  2. As a little kid 5 or 6 years old so this would have been in the late 80s she would bring me fireworks from Arkansas to Colorado in her checked bags because my parents wouldn’t have the money. I specifically remember these little tank things that rolled on the ground while the canon shot little fire balls

  3. My favorite July 4th memory is when I was 7/8 my dad took us girls on top of our roof to eat popcorn and watch the fireworks in Houston Texas. It was magical and I felt like I was a star in the sky as the fireworks exploded in the sky around us.

  4. I got to see the fireworks on the Washington DC mall last summer. It was a neat opportunity to experience them in our. Nation’s capitol.

  5. My favorite memories are spending the holiday with family. As a child, we used to watch the mall fireworks with my grandparents behind my grandpa’s work. Now we go to a large family gathering with food and an amazing show.

  6. Growing up, we always made our way to the NWA Mall firework show. It was a fun time waiting for the show to start and then extra time in the car together sitting in traffic to get home! It was the end of a childhood tradition when the show stopped being put on from that location. <3

  8. My favorite memory of July 4th will forever be hanging out with our kids and close friends. We buy way too many fireworks, have a neighborhood potluck, and hang out until the sky is dark again! Our favorite food is a flag cake!
