Happy Monday! Ready for an explosive giveaway?

Two mamas will win each win a Family 4-Pack to the July 4th Fireworks Spectacular event — featuring the Northwest Arkansas Symphony — at the Walmart AMP!

Doesn’t that just make you want to burst?

The two winners and their families will be able to celebrate America’s 241st birthday with a patriotic concert performed by the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas (SoNA) followed by an exciting fireworks display provided by the City of Rogers.

SoNA will present a concert celebrating the beauty and grandeur of America as well as honoring our nation’s veterans and those who bravely serve in our nation’s armed forces. It will conclude with a rousing rendition of Tchaikovsky’s “1812 Overture.” Fireworks will light the sky at the end of the show.

FYI: Before the concert, the public is invited to enjoy FREE festivities for families in the Unilever/Kimberly-Clark parking lot (located west of the Walmart AMP). This family-friendly event is sponsored by the City of Rogers and features face painting, caricature artists, balloon twisters, giant versions of games like Jenga and Connect Four, bean bag toss, mini golf, fire engine tours, a radar pitching station, a puppy kissing booth and much more!

Full July 4th celebration timeline:

  • Family festivities in the Unilever/Kimberly-Clark parking lot: 5pm-8pm
  • Walmart AMP gates open: 6pm
  • Patriotic concert starts: 7:30pm
  • FIREWORKS BEGIN: 9:15pm

  1. The big boomers are our favorite! We love the beautiful colors exploding overhead!

  4. I have always loved the sunburst that has a twinkle at the end or the pop rocks like ending! You just get that little extra bang with those!!

  6. This sounds amazing and brings to mind memories of playing 1812 in my high school orchestra days. Nothing beats that song or fireworks afterwards.

    As for fireworks I’m a sucker for the big cakes. I love lighting those bad boys and watching them go boom.

  14. My daughter and I have always loved the crackling ones that burst out from the larger flare…… This is our first 4th of July since my husband divorced us. This would be a fun event!

  19. Oh I can’t choose! I love them all! My youngest child was born July 3rd so I’ve always told him we have fireworks for his birthday. Last year, he was sick with strep throat and he didn’t feel like going so we missed them.

  20. We all love the giant sparkling ones that crackle. Of course, my husband and son prefer bottle rockets, and our girls…sparklers.

  26. All of them!!! The 4th of July is my birthday so it would be impossible to just pick one, seeing that all the fireworks that day are for me.
