I did it again…I plan ahead, make lists, hit Black-Friday like a pro, but every year I get so excited about buying toys for the kids, that I forget all about the adults. The guys are easy, I-tunes gift cards or a DVD chosen by my husband, but I cannot show up another year with a scarf or a Christmas knick-knack for the women. With no time left to browse, now that the kids are out of school, it looks like gift card time!
Ulta: New to NWA, if you haven’t been in Ulta yet (located by Wal-Mart on Mall Eve.), it is a great place to get a gift card to because of its wide range of products. Ulta carries your favorite high-end perfumes and hair gadgets, but also has a great selection of drugstore buys.
Sephora: Know anyone who loves the newest trends and a variety of hard to find brands? Or, do you have an out of town giftee that you forgot to send something to? Sephora has an on-line gift card option that delivers the card straight to the lucky recipients Facebook page.
Bath Junkie: The name describes it perfectly; the alluring aroma of Bath Junkie’s specialty products will have you hooked. So, if you can handle the guilt of getting a loved one addicted to smellin’ good, this is a perfect card to gift them with.
IM Spa: Aaaaaaaahhh…nothing relaxes the leftover holiday stress out of you like a spa day. Although, you may be too tempted to keep this for yourself and re-gift a scarf after all. Don’t worry, I won’t tell! (You can call the spa at 479-251-7422.)
Attach any of these to a bottle of wine or a box of chocolate, both also good for post-holiday unwind, and you have a gift guaranteed to please.
