The festivities will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 4. The event begins with a welcome from Elm Springs city officials and Kyya founder Rick Boosey will share the Kyya story. The toddlers will hunt eggs first (approximately 9:15 a.m.) and two subsequent groups for older children will be after that. After each hunt, the children and their parents will be welcomed to the Kyya tent and facility where they can learn how chocolate is made and purchase Kyya artisan single-origin chocolate and also chocolate Easter bunnies.
Each group of “bean hunters” will have a drawing for a giveaway Easter basket. There will also be 12 golden beans in each group that can be traded for a free 2.8 ounce bar of Kyya chocolate.
