NWA’s Farmland Adventures has a new maze, new animals and offers a great family outing!

farmland, big adWow! It’s that time of year again already! Farmland Adventures is OPEN!

If you’ve never been there before, you have to visit this year. In addition to the awesome corn mazes, they have a pick-your-own pumpkin patch, wagon rides (they added a third wagon this year), pony rides, a new and improved petting farm, a concession stand, a larger kid’s play area, pig races and campfire fun.

This year they’ve also updated the tent and added new birthday party areas. There are also new animals, including a water buffalo and Al the Alpaca! They still have all the cool animals from last year as well: sheep, goats, pigs, ponies, calves, zebu, donkeys, and even a zonkey.

We love that they use solar panels and are producing a portion of their own electricity.

Here’s some info on special offerings:

Mother’s Day Out days

Be sure to ask about “Mother’s Day Out” days. These days will be available to daycares, preschools, mom’s groups, or anyone who just wants to come see them as a group. There will be no farmer talk or pig races, but all other attractions will be open (including pony rides). Concession stand on those days will also be limited, so you might want to bring a picnic lunch.

Kid’s birthday parties

Farmland Adventures has a special birthday party package available. Birthday parties get a private, reserved area under one of their birthday tents. The kids at the parties participate in all of the attractions.

This year’s theme is African Safari. Look at this new AMAZING maze!
