Northwest Arkansas Easter Egg Hunts

If you and your little ones are looking for good places to hunt for Easter eggs, you’re in luck. Here’s a list of some places around Northwest Arkansas where you’ll find plenty of colored eggs and treats.

Bentonville

Arvest Bank will be holding an Easter Egg-Stravaganza on the Bentonville Square for kids age 10 and under on April 3, 2010 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Registration begins 30 minutes before each hunt in the Arvest Conference Room on the Bentonville Square. Activities will be provided by Faith Lutheran Church.

Fayetteville

University Baptist Church will host its Annual Community-Wide Easter Egg Hunt and Picnic at Wilson Park in Fayetteville on Saturday, April 3, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Bring your Easter baskets, neighbors, friends and family, along with lawn chairs and picnic blankets. Prizes for toddler, preschool and elementary divisions of the egg hunt. There will be game booths, a photo booth, music and the Gospel presentation.

First Christian Church in Fayetteville will be holding an Easter Egg Hunt on church grounds on Saturday, April 3rd at noon. Children should bring a dozen Easter eggs. Adults should bring a side dish or dessert to share. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be served. The church is located on North College Avenue. Call the church office for more info.

Rogers

Central United Methodist Church in Rogers, located on New Hope Road, will be holding their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 3rd at 2 p.m. on the church grounds.

Rogers First Church of the Nazarene will be holding an Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 3rd from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Call the church office at 636-1050 for more info. We hear there’s going to be bouncy houses, face painting, food and more. The church is located on Pleasant Grove Road in Rogers.
