Emma Avenue Block Party 

Artinfusion presents the first-ever Emma Ave Block Party for all ages, in collaboration with Arts Center of the Ozarks and Downtown Springdale Alliance. The Block Party will feature local Springdale musicians, an exclusive set from DJ Papa Rap, and Fayetteville band Brother Moses. Enjoy interactive artist installations, great food from local taquerias and food trucks, art-making, games, and more.

Fayetteville Street Vault

A pole vault competition in the streets of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Northwest Arkansas will host an elite pole vault competition in downtown Fayetteville on Mountain Street. This unique, free public event will provide high energy entertainment value, inspiration, and exposure to world class athletes.

Kids Fluid Art Class

Nutrition Workshop for Kids 

If you want your kids to know a bit more about nutrition, then you’ve found the right event. From the breakdown of MyPlate & deciphering a nutrition label, to learning about exercising & hydration, every child will be able to learn and grasp a take away from this event. Each segment of the class will be broken down and taught two different ways (one for 5-9yr audience, and another for 10-13+ yr audience). Kids will be separated out in age groups according to their age, upon rotations starting, so that the teaching can be applicable.

Native American Cultural Symposium

Music. Film. Theatre. Dining. Storytelling. Workshops. Art. The Museum of Native American History is proud to present the second annual Native American Cultural Symposium held throughout Bentonville over the course of four days. Join leading Native musicians, playwrights, authors, artists, storytellers, and activists as they share about the ways they amplify and give voice to their richly diverse cultural identity. All events are free or benefit the Seneca Black Elk Mathews Scholarship for Native youth attending Oklahoma State University.

Creek Critters (A Family Class)

Bring the whole family (no children under the age of 8) out for a fun evening of educational discovery at the Botanical Garden.  You will learn about water quality and how you can check the water quality of any body of water by looking for little critters living there. Everyone will then have a chance to examine water samples with live specimens in them. Participants will also go home with a pocket-size magnifying glass and an Inventory Sheet for identifying critters in their own backyard. Both fun for kids and informative for adults.

74th Annual Rodeo of the Ozarks
