If you’re still waiting for your vacation to begin (or bummed out because it’s already over), then this is the playlist for you. Go to your favorite online music store (like iTunes) and download these songs because they are going to put you on the beach — even if it’s only in your mind. I love the laid-back beach tempo in these tunes… makes me want to sleep in the sun and order a drink with a little umbrella in it.

This is also a great playlist to use when you’re having a backyard pool or patio party, if you want to create a fun, summery mood that doesn’t interfere with party conversations. Enjoy, and happy summer!
