Mealtime Mama: Creamy Beef & Shells recipe (new fave!)

Mamas, I may be the least confident cook you’ve ever met. Anytime I make something that my family actually likes, I assume it was probably a fluke. So I decided to make this Creamy Beef & Shells recipe (from the Damn Delicious website) a second time, just to make sure I didn’t just get lucky the first time around.

I’m happy to report that it was just as delicious the second time, and my 16-year-old son had a second helping and then ate the leftovers the next day! It’s a miracle! I really like the flavor of this dish, but I also love the way the sauce and the ground beef just kind of nestle into those tender pasta shells. Yum! But don’t take our word for it. There were more than 570 reviews of this dish posted online. The reviews are what convinced me to give it a try the first time.

So since this pasta recipe is officially going into my “keeper” file, I’m sharing it with you, too. I found this recipe on my new favorite recipe website, which is called Damn Delicious. (Today, I realized that there are videos on the site, and the recipe below also has a video which you can see by clicking here.)
